The Coca-Cola Company is the largest beverage company in the world with more than
200 markets all over the world. The company is marketing more than 500 nonalcoholic beverage
brands which is primarily sparking beverages. This comprises of the variety like water, juices,
enhanced water and the juice brand. Ready to drink tea and coffee as well as the energy and the
sports drinks, The Coca-Cola Company is operating through a network of the company owned or
even controlled bottling and even distribution operations under independent bottling partners,
wholesalers and the retailers[Our16].
Coca-Cola business Model
The company was founded in 1886 and today the Coca-Cola Company has become one
of the largest beverage companies. The company has evolved in its business model from the
sparkling beverages business to the diversified business which is now including stills and the
now premium beverages.
Evolution of Coca-Cola business model
The first model was sparkling portfolio which was Coke, Fanta and the Sprite. From this
it evolved to diversified portfolio which is composed of minute maid, sports drink, Georgia
coffee, diet coke and Columbia pictures.
From the above model, it evolved to build scalable and profitable stills portfolio which
comprises of water and active hydration, juice and juice drinks and the ready to drink tea. COCA COLA STRATEGY REPORT 3 The present portfolio is the grow premium beverage portfolio which is at home
dispensing, plant based beverages, value added diary, energy drinks and the premium juice.
Organization Visions and missions
As the world around Coca-Cola company is changing, the company continues to strive as
a business of the next decade and even beyond, the company is therefore looking ahead to really
understand the trend and the forces that is going to shape the business in the near future and
swiftly to prepare for the uncertainty. The company has to get ready for the tomorrow this time.

business and provides the company with the Roadmap for winning together with the bottling

The roadmap of the coca cola company starts with the mission of the company which is
enduring. The mission of this company declares the purpose as a company and serves a standard
against which it weighs the actions as well as the decisions to refresh the world, to inspire
moments of the optimism and the happiness and finally to create value and make the difference.
Vision
The vision of the Coca-Cola company is serving as the framework for the Roadmap and
guides every of the aspects of its business by describing what is needed to accomplish in order to

Objective of the Coca-Cola Company
The objective of the company is use the formidable assets which include the brands,
unrivaled distribution system, financial strength and also the strong commitment by its
management and the employees worldwide in order to achieve a long time suitable growth.
In conclusion, from the three test of the winning strategy, it is clear that the vision,
mission and the objective are supporting its strategy. This is because the vision of the company is
to be the most profitable and competitive firm in the market which is also its strategy. From the
look of the things, it is clear that it is the most dominating firm in the world supplying beverages.
The mission also supports the strategy of Coca-Cola Company because it is the leading word
supplier. The visions state that its target is to refresh the world. From this, it is clear that it has
achieved the competitive advantages which are its target. The strategy of the firm fits the firm
