You should also explain what you learned by keeping a video diary and what you learned about yourself by utilising the Disc tool. It will be very important for you to explain how the course allowed you to better understand yourself, and your skills and how to improve them. Likewise, it will be very important for you to explain how the course allowed you to understand how new knowledge is developed and/or challenged. You should tie all your arguments/insights together at the end of your paper, highlighting how you think you will be able to use your learnings in your future career and in life generally.
