3.  CALCULATE THE MEAN AND STANDARD DEVIATION FOR THIS SAMPLE DATA (THE X-VALUES)

4.  WITH THESE NUMBERS CALCULATE THE EBM AND THEN THE 99% CONFIDENCE INTERVAL.
