purpose of the Primary key, and why is it important?
Primary Key is a unique identifier used to distinguish a database table entry from other entries.
Creating a database table requires assigning at least one column to store the Primary Key, and
Primary Key can?t be a null. In database design, a Primary Key is important because it serves as
a unique identifier for a row of data in a database table. The Primary Keys makes it convenient
for a user to add, sort modify and delete data in a database. The purpose of a Primary Key in a
database are Primary Keys is used to uniquely identify a row in a database table; no two rows
can have the same Primary Key. Identification numbers are often used a Primary Keys. Any field
that is not necessary unique, such as a person?s name, is not suitable for being a Primary Key.
